All equipment purchased from Network Hardware
Australia is covered by our 90-day warranty, in addition to the
respective manufacture’s factory warranty.
We supply only sealed, authentic, brand new equipment, with the most current
firmware revisions.
We do not buy or sell used equipment, with exception to the sale of Cisco
Authorised Refurbished (direct from Cisco). Cisco Smartnet support is available
as an option on all Cisco hardware.
Customers are requested to research their respective technical product
requirements and compatibility, prior to making product purchases. We cannot
take products back.
