EPICCenter Contact Center Agent Outbound Voice Campaign License (5 Agent bundle) enables an agent to handle Outbound Campaigns and a ""Dial from List"". Outbound Campaign functionality must be added to EPICCenter on a per agent basis and requires an Inbound Voice License to be already present for each agent. For example, if 25 agents require the Outbound Campaign License, then at least 25 EPICAgent Inbound Licenses must be purchased or previously installed on the EPICCenter system. Bundle package provides license to add five (5) outbound voice agents.
